Cancellation of Custom Product Orders

As our products are offered on a pre-order model, your deposit will be allocated to production-related costs. Orders placed via the official website will be automatically locked and initiated into the production workflow after 24 hours. We kindly ask that you carefully evaluate your purchase decision prior to ordering.
  • Cancellation Window: Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe, as it may result in substantial operational losses. Please note this policy strictly.
  • Order Modifications: Requests to modify existing orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For any modification inquiries, please contact our team directly for assistance.
We will assess the feasibility of order modifications or upgrades based on specific factors, such as the production phase at the time of your request. If your upgrade request (e.g., adjusting product options, adding configurations) is approved, our team will coordinate the necessary arrangements accordingly.
Please be reminded that while consumers generally benefit from a 24-hour “cooling-off period,” this regulation does not apply to custom-made products.

Doll Damage Claims

To ensure smooth processing of any potential claims, we strongly advise you to take photos and videos of the outer packaging after receiving the doll but before opening the box—particularly if visible damage to the packaging is detected.
  • Proof of Damage: When submitting a damage claim or report, you will be required to provide the aforementioned visual evidence. Please contact us directly via email for claim submissions.
  • Minor Imperfections: All our products are handcrafted. As such, minor flaws (e.g., casting residues, light scuffs from transportation) are not classified as damage and do not constitute a breach of contract.
